The construction and building materials industry is preparing for a major international gathering at a time when global trade is being reshaped and export-driven growth is accelerating. The Turkeybuild Istanbul Construction Fair, the most established building and construction exhibition in Türkiye, will bring together industry professionals for the 48th time between 27–30 April.

Organized by ICA Events, the fair aims to provide a strong platform for trade and business development for manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and investors. The event will take place at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center.

One of the most notable highlights of this year’s fair is the estimated €456 million trade volume potential. With professionals from over 100 countries and hundreds of buyers attending, the event serves as a significant export gateway for companies operating in the construction materials sector.

The fair will host approximately 500 companies, over 700 brands, 300 product categories, and visitors from more than 100 countries, creating a strong B2B ecosystem.

This year, the fair becomes even more specialized through industry association collaborations. The Avrasya Hardware Special Section, developed in cooperation with HISIAD, offers a dedicated area for industrial equipment and fastening systems manufacturers. Meanwhile, the Scaffolding & Formwork Special Section, organized with IKSD, brings together companies offering construction safety and site systems.

One of the most strategic components of the fair is the buyer delegation program coordinated by IDDMIB. This initiative enables direct B2B meetings between international buyers and Turkish manufacturers, creating new export opportunities while supporting market expansion, distributor network growth, and brand awareness.

Trade fairs play a key role as a catalyst for global growth strategies, enabling companies to build international customer portfolios, develop partnerships, showcase innovations, and follow industry trends firsthand.
