Retains its elasticity after drying.
Being water-based, it does not affect the surface being filled.
It is waterproof and does not discolor after curing.
Adheres well to many porous surfaces and aluminum.
Used in window sills, joints between baseboards and wall joints.
Used in the joints of all types of joinery with plaster, window sills and other building materials.
